By opting in to receive text messages from Innovation Hub, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program description. Innovation Hub sends text messages regarding memberships, facility access, reservations, event reminders, and customer service to individuals who have opted in via our website or in person at one of our locations (Harrisonburg, Staunton, or Waynesboro, VA).

2. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (e.g., reservations, inquiries, events) and may include up to several messages per month.

3. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You may reply START to re-subscribe.

6. No purchase required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or membership.

7. Carriers. Innovation Hub is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.​
