We’re expected to open February 16, 2026, and this space has been worth the wait. Set inside the historic Virginia Metal Crafters building, we’re blending modern offices with original character to create a workspace that feels elevated and intentional.

Along with private offices, you’ll find open coworking and dedicated desks, free printing, fantastic internet, and locally roasted Happ Coffee always within reach. It’s designed for focused work, but never lonely work, where productivity meets community in the best way.

We’re opening the doors for a sneak-peek tour and offering first access to pre-lease offices and dedicated desks. These spaces are limited, and once they’re gone… well, you’ll wish you’d claimed yours!
